I’m Adé Sampson — Founder & Owner of NMN Holdings.

I spent over a decade turning wrenches in the U.S. Air Force, leading teams that kept mission-critical HVAC systems running in high-pressure environments around the world. After leaving the military, I worked in cybersecurity on national defense systems before earning my HVAC license in California (with Texas in progress) and launching NMN Holdings to acquire and operate great HVAC businesses with the same pride and precision.

We're focused on buying HVAC companies in Houston, DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Atlanta — not just because of the economics, but because we plan to build our lives and legacy in these places. That said, we’ll go wherever the right opportunity is — as long as we can step in and move the needle from day one, whether that means boots on the ground or steering growth with the right team in place.

We fund acquisitions using a combination of SBA 7(a) financing (up to 5 million) and over $3 million in investor capital available for the right deals.
